Providing a full-time Safety Director and a written safety program that meets or exceeds OSHA requirements has created a safe environment on our jobsites, motor shop, warehouses, and administrative offices. We have established employee assistance programs and alcohol and drug abuse programs. Providing assistance to those employees in need is important to us and we strive to give them the best help available. Our customers can feel secure in knowing we do a background check and drug test on all new hires. Our goal is to provide our customers with skilled, competent workers. New Hires go through a rigid safety orientation before starting their new task. We have a written program to reward our safe workers and reprimand those that do not comply. Weekly inspections assures that the program is being followed and we encourage suggestions from our employees. The safety program is enforced by management, employees and fully backed by the president of the company. Protective equipment is available and supplied by the company.
