When an emergency at your business occurs, you can rest assured that, with Security Central's nationwide monitoring, the authorities have already been called and dispatched to the proper location.

An alarm sounds! Instantly your security system transmits an encoded digital signal to our emergency communication center. There, a sophisticated computer decodes the signal. Seconds after the activation, all crucial alarm information appears on an operator's screen for immediate verification and dispatch.

Depending on the specific capabilities of the system you have chosen, your alarm can also report the precise location of the fire or break-in for even faster, more accurate alarm response.

Security Centrals trained staff of professionals is available around the clock to give you the protection you deserve. Security Central is always only a phone call away.

Security Central has the capability to help business owners keep a close eye on their company with the help of several programmable functions available through Hayes & Lunsford.

One of the most valuable functions is supervised opening and closing. You establish time frames in the morning and evening during which your employees (or other authorized alarm users) are permitted to enter/exit the facility and arm/disarm the security system. If the alarm system is armed/disarmed outside of the designated time windows, a special signal is sent to the central station. You and your alarm dealer instruct Security Central of the specific instructions you wish for us to use following the receipt of one of these signals.

Security Centrals automated network compiles detailed information regarding the usage of your alarm. This information can be mailed or faxed to you weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. If alarm users are programmed in the security system, the report will include the name of the individual opening/closing your facility, along with the date and time this occurs daily.

Additionally, Security Central is equipped to handle automated panel tests. Hayes & Lunsford can program your security system to send a special communications test daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or even hourly. This insures your alarm is communicating with Security Central properly. If the test signal is not received, you will be notified of the failed test status so you can schedule service promptly.

For uncompromised security, a sophisticated camera system can be integrated with your security system that will send video pictures to our central station when the alarm is tripped.

These are just a few of the advantages you receive when you join the Hayes & Lunsford and Security Central Alarm Monitoring Network.
